OBSKUR is a free broadcasting software built on Unreal Engine 5 to make streaming, virtual environment creation, and VTuber avatar animation much simpler and more powerful.
3D scene creator is one of OBSKUR's features that allow streamers and VTubers to create limitless, dynamic environments with rendering, interactive physics, real-time lighting, and animations. OBSKUR's flexible streaming options integrate with iPhone or VMCP face tracking and allow creators to stream from their webcam or as a VTuber by inserting themselves in a 3D environment, where they can edit materials, particle effects, and props to make a 3D scene.
OBSKUR also has a marketplace that provides users with various items to enhance their streams. In turn, artists can download and share their content.
Users can create custom VTuber models with the Character Creator feature, and those with existing models can import them using the VRM Character Importer.
OBSKUR also offers The Mocap Box($1,995), which includes the Upper Body Mocap set with nine Xsens sensors and customized gloves made by StretchSense. The Mocap sensors have up to 12 hours of battery life to enable long streaming sessions. OBSKUR also integrates with other mocap hardware.
OBSKUR offers monetization opportunities for streamers with Twitch Extension, which allows streamers to engage their audience via live interactivity. Streamers can create custom 3D, physics-enabled interactions to interact with their audience for free or for a price. The revenue can be split with OBSKUR in favor of the streamer as 80/20.
In addition to these features, OBSKUR's Stream Analytics provides in-depth insights into key metrics such as retention, impressions, click-through rate, watch time, key spikes, and drop-off moments. It also compares you to other content creators with similar audiences, stream schedules, and common categories.
